Bad manufacturer design and delivery Revain. The first unit I received was broken due to poor shipping from Revain. The box it came in was perfect for the product, there was no room for packaging material. Now the box was damaged, but it must have been badly damaged somewhere in transit. I thought don't worry, Revain is great for returns. I went through the automatic return process and received a replacement in no time. The second was packed even worse! It was placed in a shipping box in such a way that the box wouldn't even close completely. They had to bend the flaps of the box to seal it with tape! The second unit didn't show any real damage, but I did notice that the adhesive bonds between the posts and the shelves were loose and sometimes even peeling off the shelves. I don't know if it was damage in transit or just poor quality, but looking at how the connections are made I prefer low quality. I wouldn't trust it to carry significant weight like harness. I'm sending the second one back announcing that this case is closed. If I kept it to myself it might be possible to re-tap those joints and make it a little more durable, but at this price point it should be a very good quality product, which it isn't. As a side note, many full-size plates won't fit in this unit (especially if they're square, like some Corelles). It should have been a few inches taller, or maybe they should have made a larger version to complement this one.
