Review on 🦀 Enhanced Creality Craborundom Interface 220X220X250Mm: Improved Performance and Efficiency by Michael Hogate

I bought the printer in December 2020, Ender 3v2. After assembling and leveling the bed printed a bunch of small objects, it took a bit of tweaking and tweaking, but everything seemed to work fine. 3 days ago. I tried to print an object, but Creative BL Touch gave me an error message. I sent an email to technical support who sent me a firmware update. After installing the update, the printer turns on, the BL Touch Leveler flashes normally but there is no movement from the bed or Z-axis, any attempt to use any of the controls results in a wait message but nothing happens. My printer doesn't work at all. Support hasn't responded in 2 days. Do not take the printer anywhere / send it for repair. AFTER OVER TEN DAYS OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE" CONSTANTLY ADVISING ME TO REINSTALL THE FIRMWARE, MY PRINTER STILL NOT WORKING AND NOW LOUDLY SCREAMING AND CLEARING.
