Installed on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma in under 1 minute. The threads were in perfect order and perfectly tensioned with the right orientation. It has a good weight, shifting feels better. As you can see in the picture there is a gap and I can add a bushing but this looks better. I recommend this product to anyone with a Toyota 5 speed manual transmission. The thread size is perfect (M12x1.25) for Tacoma so other thread users are just a waste now. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a 5 speed Tacoma, the weight of the grip combined with the Japanese characters makes it special.
