I had high hopes for these packs, but they didn't come true. These packs smell terribly toxic - a very strong odor similar to ammonia. Definitely harmful. Also, there is an opaque pink inner skirt which is good in theory and keeps the tutu from showing through, but the inner skirt is too tight and restricts your leg movement. Doing anything other than walking around in these tutus will leave you feeling cornered. Finally, the finish on top feels a bit cheap (see photos). On the other hand, they puff up subtly and the pink is on point.
