Hard to Install Fasteners
They work great once you've installed them, but they tend to twist so much while you're tightening the screw that you may end up breaking a few if you have a lot of them to install. Also: unlike some other anchors, you can't partially screw in a screw to use it as a hanger. You have to screw it all the way in for it to work.
