Review on Dr Woods Almond Castile Ounce by Jaime Collins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth the switch and the SMELL AMAZING

I bought this as an alternative to Dr. Bought Bronners which I loved and use for many things. I was looking for a quality alternative. I use mine for cleaning, body wash, hand and hair soap. First let me tell you the smell is AMAZING! I am a very big fan of almonds and the message here is perfect. It is not inferior in quality to other things, but also cheaper. Keep in mind that Revain's price is constantly changing. I have thick, coarse, curly mixed hair. My daughter is white and has curly hair. We both find it difficult to wash our hair because it dries out and becomes tangled. I have the additional problem of removing any oils that I have put on my hair. This material dissolves oils, lathers nicely and doesn't disrupt my hair's moisture balance. Major advantage. If you want to try the shampoo recipe, check it out. 1/4 T coconut milk 1/3 T olive oil soap Dr. Woods 1 tsp Vitamin EMix and enjoy. Keep in mind that most homemade soaps are thinner than store-bought ones. I just apply mine straight from the bottle to my hair.
