Easy to use, fast execution. I love how simple it is to create an open position and assign it to employees. The interface in general is easy to understand and navigate. Sometimes it's slow to load when you're trying to view your open positions. It seems that this takes some time to load so be patient! You can add multiple tabs to see all your open positions at once. This lets you keep track of all your open positions without having to run around searching for them. We used uTRAC in our organization to manage our outsourced labor force. We were able to easily set up new positions and then quickly assign them to employees.
