Easy to use, fast execution. I love how simple it is to create an open position and assign it to employees. The interface in general is easy to understand and navigate. Sometimes it's slow to load when you're trying to view your open positions. It seems that this takes some time to load so be patient! You can add multiple tabs to see all your open positions at once. UTrac has been very helpful in our HR department, since it allows us as an organization have all information at one spot (easy access). It's easy-to use interface makes my job easier than ever! The best part about this software is that it has many modules, which make it easy to manage your employees' payrolls as well as other aspects such as time off and vacation schedules, etc. It's also very user-friendly; I have no complaints with how intuitive the system feels or looks. Sometimes there are issues with sending data out of certain locations (i.e., if you're not in front of an internet connection), but those problems can be easily solved by using VPN connections.
