The best part about this software is that it has many modules, which make it easy to manage your employees' payrolls as well as other aspects such as time off and vacation schedules, etc. It's also very user-friendly; I have no complaints with how intuitive the system feels or looks. Sometimes there are issues with sending data out of certain locations (i.e., if you're not in front of an internet connection), but those problems can be easily solved by using VPN connections. If you want a simple solution for tracking employee information, then UTrac will definitely fit the bill. We use Utrac for all our HR functions including Payroll, Time Off Schedules, Vacation Schedules and more.
