When I first tried this, the cap covering the liner was so difficult to remove right out of the box that I had to use pliers to pry it off. Then when I removed the cover from the end of the brush, it fell apart completely. Inside was a kind of spring, like those in ballpoint pens, which flew out. Terribly useless product!
