I bought these to wear to class so being able to breathe and speak freely without drowning out my hearing was important. Without looking closely prior to purchase, I failed to notice that the listing images (which match the product received) do NOT match the tested products in the International Respirator Evaluation document attached to the product listing. - Product photos and actual product received are stamped KN95 GB2626-2019 on the side. The assessment document shows masks stamped KN95-2006 on the side. This is not the product submitted for testing. Test data available for masks manufactured by Chengde Technology Co. that match the appearance or markings on those masks, so I don't know if they match the declared performance. Compared to other similar masks I've used I find that they are very limited on airflow which can be a good thing as it shows that it filters the incoming air BUT this causes the mask to feel uncomfortable Inhalation folds and then air is drawn in at the sides and so on the nose of the mask. Other masks I've used have filtration efficiency over 95% and didn't have this problem at all, breathing was very natural and the mask didn't shrink. These masks take a little more effort to breathe and I don't feel like they allow me to breathe filtered air, I think I'm probably breathing a lot of air that has bypassed the filter. On the other hand, these masks don't muffle the sound very much, although it's noticeably more muffled than other KN-95 masks I've used (brand name "Dr. Myfan" which I haven't been able to find in large quantities). ).
