Top quality ingredients, tons of nutrients and pretty good flavor make this mix one of my favorites, which says a lot for pea protein. While the texture is still quite grainy (like most pea protein blends), this delicious blend isn't too bad after all, and smooths out after a few minutes. The flavor is a bit earthy, but chocolaty enough that it still tastes more like a cocktail than a wholesome shaggy rug. I think the key to the flavor is the sweet stevia sweetener they use. Stevia is probably the healthiest sweetener, and the extraction method Sweetly Stevia uses (it uses only water, no ethanol) leaves a great sugar-like taste. This is the best health shake ever. A whey protein shake may have other benefits that you may be missing, but there are many more benefits including lower cholesterol. They fill the pitcher too, which is nice. Good product!
