Review on 🐾 TRIXIE Wooden Pet Home with Balcony, Gray/White: A Perfect Retreat for Your Beloved Pets by Alison Parker

Firstly, as other reviews have noted - this should not be listed as indoor/outdoor - it's not remotely weather resistant or even weather resistant but I've read reviews and expect that I've covered it with several coats of polyurethane, sealed the top with silicone and polyester in the crevices, and I have every reason to believe it will perform well under the overhang for a year or more. Other reviews also commented on the short step screws - seriously, these things were ridiculously short. They were barely enough to climb the step, there was nothing left to penetrate the body of the house! I used my own propellers and made sure these steps are in order, I have a three legged cat and he needs stability. This item met my criteria with those extra builds (everything I expected from other reviews) and I think it's worth the price I paid to get a few other things done to get the house the perfect size for to have my outdoor space. a cat that is also attractive and not an eyesore against the backdrop of the house. All in all I'd recommend, but if you're buying from the outside, be aware that this requires extra steps, and be prepared for longer screws too!
