I've been wearing these glasses for a few days and I'm already noticing a big difference. I stare at the computer at work all day and no longer have headaches and I've even gotten a few compliments from my co-workers when I wear these glasses. I even wear them at home when playing games on my phone and have found that I sleep better at night. I've tried a few other blue light blocking glasses but these are well made, have less computer glare, great value for money and I even love that they come with a blue light test kit. Overall the packaging is a great gift and I would definitely recommend it!
