The small docking station offers two options. It can either use all four USB-C lanes to provide enough bandwidth to drive a 4k 60Hz monitor with DP1.2, while providing USB and Ethernet connectivity over the remaining USB 2.0 bus becomes. Or it uses only two lanes to connect up to 2 FHD monitors and the other two are used to connect USB 3 and Gigabit Ethernet. For my setup, I use USB 2.0 mode to connect a 4k 60Hz monitor, 1080p webcam, USB speaker, and wired ethernet. All devices get enough bandwidth to function properly. I am very surprised to see more than 150Mbps throughput on the ethernet port as it is only advertised as 100Mbps in USB2.0 mode! PD transmission mode also works well but failed to test the performance. Overall I'm very pleased/impressed with what a beehive can be with this little dock. Due to its small size, it can also be a good travel companion.
