Disappointment. best in kitchen and dining room

Overall I give this product 3 stars because it was under $100 and is still fine for easy slicing unless you want super thin slices. Cutting really thin slices is difficult because of the mount. This part of the machine is poorly designed. Let's start with the fact that it's plastic. The backgauge is also plastic and flexes, making it difficult to cut the same slices.
