I want a refund, this product is not maintaining its structural integrity. We've had it since September 2018 and on the left are some photos of the real stool (we've owned it for 6 years, which is still comfortable to sit on, it keeps its integrity, round, vertical and rigid in shape) and right the new pouf, which is almost 2 inches closer to the ground and stands up. If you're going to use it for seating, I recommend spending a little more for an authentic stool, but if it's just being used as an accent in your space, you might not mind that it doesn't support the stool well. We filled the recommended amount of polyethylene, 2 large bags. I wish I could say more positive things, it's just not the best option for us.
