Love this stool. It's the perfect accent for our bedroom, but versatile enough that we can bring it into our living room too. It comes unpadded and I've used towels and old cushions to give it that solid look. A lot of reviews said it smelled weird, but when I opened the package I only saw a slight storage odor that went away before the end of the day. No damage. As far as I can tell, very well done and just beautiful!

The price is excellent compared to other places of the same style and material. It is NOT, I repeat, NOT filled with anything. I went to a local hobby place and stuffed it with plastic filler, used all 3 bags and still not filling, ended up stuffing 3 extra sofa cushions that I wasn't using. I can't sit on it which is fine but my feet and legs are properly supported. Leather and tailoring are very good.

This product is perfect! I used all 40 boxes of polyfill to give my new footstool a solid body, then took a round beach ball roll out from the bottom, cut a 17" circle out of 1/2" plywood and glued it into the zippered base of my pouf ...to give him a strong and flat ground to rest on. I cut the plywood disc in two so it was a breeze to insert into the floor. Now it stands firmly on the ground and does not roll. Heck yes I would buy this product again!

It's great but nothing. I bought the recommended 5 lb polyester stuffing for $30-40 per box, but it takes 10-12 lbs of stuffing. 5 pounds leaves it half full and free. So you end up spending $140 on this $60 stool. So this is your standard Moroccan style leather stool. It smells from the packaging but weathered. I want a refund, this product is not maintaining its structural integrity. We've had it since September 2018 and on the left are some photos of the real stool (we've owned it for 6 years, which is still comfortable to sit on, it keeps its integrity, round, vertical and rigid in shape) and right the new pouf, which is almost 2 inches closer to the ground and stands up. I am very satisfied with the stool that I received. It had a very strong perfume smell, so strong it irritated my eyes and filled the air throughout the house. I decided to leave it in the garage for a few days and then outside in the sun for a few more days before moving it back to the living room. So I was very dissatisfied with it when I first got it. The color does not match any of the pictures. It's actually pretty easy and boring. And it is very dusty and has a strong odor. I wiped it down with a damp cloth then darned it and then used a leather conditioner (I used honey leather) and it gave the color I expected.
