Existing Liberty pump model 403, discontinued. I used the original 403 bucket and installed this pump in it. I had to remove a support rib with a belt sander to allow the float to move up and down freely. I had to purchase a 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" nylon adapter sleeve to install the PVC pressure pipe on the pump. Also, I cut 3/4" off the top of the exhaust pipe for the cap to fit properly. Finally, I cut off 1/8" of the inner sleeve that was getting in the way of the top of the pump. Works great and saves money!
