Review on 🍞 Black Sunbeam 4-Slice Toaster with Wide Slots (003911-100-000) by Elizabeth Keever

I bought this toaster because it was a good price for a 4 slice toaster and my rating is below: Pros: 1. Low price for a 4-slice toaster Slice2 . Works fairly well and roasts evenly (see my cons for heating) Cons: 1. The power cord comes out the front on the right side for some reason. It would make a lot more sense if the power cord came out the back of the toaster so you don't see the cord running down the side of the toaster all the time. Since the cord comes out the front right as shown in my photos, it also reduces the distance you can hold the toaster from the outlet. I can't imagine why the designer or engineer, although it was a good idea to attach a cord to it because it isn't and I think it's poorly implemented. Maybe they should have shown it to a focus group to get feedback before producing it. The bagel function doesn't seem to make any difference when toasting and I've tried it several times with and without use and see no difference and see no difference in the heating elements when toasting with the bagel button held down. All in all a well working toaster at a good price. I just don't understand why they left the cord where they did, it's a bit odd and seems to defy logic. at least for me. I hope this review helps you with your purchase decision.
