Not for playing with the heart. That thing isn't that soft. Even on the soft side, it might hurt a little the first few times you use it. However, I did not buy it because of weak skin. I bought it because I really needed to exfoliate my blemished skin. My skin has never been smoother, I've had virtually no breakouts, and when I get some sleep, using this product for a few days solves the problem. No more pimples! I bought the right hand brushes for the rest of the world and I promise that if you overcome the pain and cleanse yourself, you will never come back. My skin is clean and smooth too dammit! Guys may appreciate the rough side more than ladies, but everyone is different. However, I highly recommend them. MAKE SURE YOU LOAD THE ROUGH SIDE OR IT COULD GET A LITTLE SICK! In case you are not used to the brush yet. But I wouldn't change this. They are good the way they are. Sometimes you have to be tough on the skin to get the coating off the good parts. I feel great and so do you. Now much more confident about the skin than before!
