Comes with two extra mop heads which is a nice touch. Because of the way the mop head (or the bottom of the mop) is made, the pad tends to be concave at the head, meaning it won't make firm contact with your entire head and floor. My photos show a blue box held upside down so you can see the gap. Other similar mops are more durable all over the head and offer better full contact. The handle is also uncomfortable to hold due to the high crevice where the trigger sits, and it's unavoidable to place a finger or two on the crevice and hold the mop firmly during use. Again, I have to compare to other similar mops that are easier to hold in this regard. Also, the two sides are bolted together and one side appears to be higher than the other, so you can feel that raised seam all the time you use it. The mop head maneuvers and pivots well, and the sprayer works flawlessly, and the cleaning bucket is easy to attach and detach - getting your floors cleaned - only compared to other mops that I like better.
