I had problems with my previous LinkLike wireless headphones. You had a loading problem. I contacted LinkLike customer support and received a new replacement model a few days later. The replacement parts I received still work great. (Fly 9 model) I was excited to try the new true wireless model (Elite 10) and I really liked its features, wireless charging case, lightweight design, etc. They're different. The quality of the product is very good. Everything works as intended. I really like her. The range is a bit shorter than Fly-9, but that's how it is in my opinion. I tend to hang up the phone and walk around. The Fly-9 has exceptional reception throughout my house no matter where I leave my phone. The Elite-10 seems to break if I move more than 30 or 40 feet IF there is a wall in the way. Otherwise they receive well and sound good. The controls take a little getting used to, as does figuring out which housing to use for the eartip. This is very important as they are very light and you don't want them to slip out. Your location is also important. Any normal situation will not cause problems. I'm quite active and need to tweak them from time to time. Care must be taken when touching it, as the controls are in the form of knobs on the surface of each device. In addition, volume control must be done on the phone, and Fly-9 has convenient buttons on the cables. There are no wires on this one. So I recommend this product if you want truly wireless headphones. LinkLike's customer support team did a great job on my only issue. As a company I would give them 5 stars. Elite 10s work as they should. I definitely love them and want them. I will probably leave the Fly-9 who are still going strong. I will use each pair at the right time. 9's when they're very active, 10's when they're going out or relaxing. It means a lot to me that Fly-9 is still going strong.
