Reliable headphones, fantastic customer service

First of all fantastic customer service. Any questions and concerns I had about this and any Linklike product were answered quickly and resolved completely to my satisfaction. I haven't had any issues with these headphones but have had issues with previous Linklike purchases. Because of this experience, I have no hesitation in buying a Linklike product. Best type of headphones I have used

I have stress tested this device and I hope the feedback can help others. I have had other products from this manufacturer but this is their first wireless kit and I am very impressed. Presentation and packaging are excellent, small. The case is useful, has LEDs that show the charge (the others I've used don't, and there's nothing worse than having to charge and it's dead). First of all, LinkLike's customer service is amazing. Linklike, Elsa in particular, has been some of the most caring and considerate customer support I have ever encountered. I had problems with my previous LinkLike wireless headphones. You had a loading problem. I contacted LinkLike customer support and received a new replacement model a few days later. The replacement parts I received still work great. Great sound, very comfortable and easy to use, so-so range, but definitely a solid buy for the price

Conclusion: This is a solid set of great sounding true wireless headphones that are really affordable. I'm not a music lover, but the sound quality suits me personally. I think their features are on par with the fancier sets that will set you back $100+ for a much better price.
