First of all, LinkLike's customer service is amazing. Linklike, Elsa in particular, has been some of the most caring and considerate customer support I have ever encountered. This company will work with you if you have problems you don't have as the Elite 10 headphones have many great features and functions. The battery life is said to be between 4 and 5 hours and sometimes more than 5 hours. The headphones' touch functions work very well, from a single tap to stop the music to a triple tap to activate Siri. These headphones remind me a lot of the Apple AirPods 2, but with better battery life and comparable, if not better, sound quality. The design of the case with side docking stations for charging the headphones looks really cool and original. The magnets work very well. I will also make sure to remove the protective coating from the earbuds if you have any charging issues. The sound quality is excellent. I only had a low volume problem and a specific problem with the equalizer when visiting St Percy from Brockhampton. That really minor issue aside, these headphones are excellent. I had no real problems with these headphones. Both communication and one-ear use work very well. Not to mention that these headphones are future-proof as they come with a USB-C charging port. I would definitely recommend these headphones to all my friends or family because of the cheap price and the outstanding features of true wireless headphones.
