Review on BESTEK 150W Power Inverter DC 12V To 110V AC Converter 4 by Greg Peitz

Works for me to charge a 1.5Ah 18V battery for a power tool. It's a slow charger, so it takes a few hours to fully charge the charger. The charger draws only about 5W. Within about ten minutes the inverter fan was ramping up significantly and was running at full load the whole time - I can see through my solar system it's being powered by the inverter drawing less than 1 amp. It seems awfully hard to work because it uses so little energy. I hate seeing what happens when I draw 100 watts consistently. It's not warm at all, but it's noticeably louder than when used briefly - used it to run a hand blender, 140w, and the fan stayed low and quiet. I think it doesn't matter how many watts is used, but how long it is used. That's pretty disappointing! With so little power being used, it doesn't have to work as hard.
