KNOW YOU KNOW! YOU NEED A PORTABLE CHARGER TO USE THE USB PORT INCLUDED IN THIS BACKPACK. Maybe I just didn't think of it or didn't realize it was necessary, but to use the USB port, plug the cable (included) into a portable charger, then use your own cable to charge the device attached USB port on the outside of the backpack. I was expecting the backpack to charge my device in some way, but it doesn't. Not necessarily something super bad, but it just came as a surprise to me. On the plus side, this backpack is really cool! It has a lot of pockets and although I haven't worn it yet, it looks like it would be very convenient and practical for high school/college students. This is a really good backpack, just make sure you already have a portable charger or are planning to buy a dedicated charger for this backpack.
