Everything worked fine for the first few days. I have found that it works better when plugged directly into my power strip's USB port. Not in a base that fits into an outlet. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't load at all. It started around the 3rd day of use. I dont know. I originally got it for my car. This made it easy for me to find the charger while driving. I love glowing cords. But due to low durability and incompatibility with charging in the car, I will not use it. I don't move it and leave it in the same place at home. It lights up and moves quickly while charging. It slows down the light output when it is almost full or not charging properly. Turns off when the phone is charging. Often the light went out immediately and the phone would not charge. My phone shows a charging icon but the battery is not charging. This only happens with the charging cable. I have to check my phone to make sure it's charging, otherwise I've left it charging far too many times and seen a light and ended up dying of battery because it wasn't actually charging. I like how long the cord is.
