I love using it but when I reordered I got a different type. Instead of the item pictured, I received a smaller version that doesn't have the long strap. There was no replacement option, only a refund so I decided to keep it as it was a backup in case that one failed. So far it has not fallen out/broken and I wear it every day. I get a lot of views for this. I feel like a futurist. I wear it on my left wrist, my hand gets very tired, so sometimes I look for something to put my hand on while using it. Or I loosen the strap and twist it around my wrist so I can face it with my palm facing me. I can also take videos/photos in this position. I added an inch long phone cord/strap that has a piece that I can grab and place between my pinky and ring finger. This allows me to keep my phone firmly/close to my hand and create a sense of protection. i know a geek But it also makes the strap more comfortable when you're just standing.
