I have 3 different Smart Mugs and I would rate them as follows: 1. VSITOO S3 Pro2. Mug Ember 2nd Gen3. Smart Show S3 Jimi I started with the S3 Jimi mug and it worked but died after 2 months of use so I switched to Ember 2nd Gen which has fewer features than Jimi (Ember has no wifi, bluetooth, no current temperature display, no cup control, no lid), but has better overall quality, reliability and feel. Why Ember 2nd Gen is better than S3 Jimi 1st Gen: - Better materials - IPX rating lets you sink in when washed - Larger hydration volume that technically gives the S3 Pro all the features of Ember plus some nice additions. Why VSITOO S3 Pro is better than 2nd Ember: - There is a temperature controller on the mug. (You don't have to use the app every time) - The mug has an indicator for the current temperature of the drink - An additional lid allows you to save battery power and keep the drink warm longer - Better materials and design is the VSITOO S3 Pro mug perfect? - NO - it lacks some features but for the moment it is the best option on the market. What could be better about the VSITOO S3 Pro mug: - doesn't remember the last temperature settings: you have to reset the temperature every time (I hope they could fix that in the next firmware) - no lock on the temperature control: frequent accidental touching of the temperature control knob that blows the settings - no you can see the corresponding temperature on the temperature control in the dark (there is a dot display, not a value) - the temperature control is not precise enough (it is + -5C )
