, ESR makes my favorite phone case. I get ESR every time I get a new apple phone. I especially like the corners. It also charges via wireless charging. My biggest complaint with this is that the edges aren't smooth. Like they forgot to sand down the plastic or something. It's very sharp on the sides, making it uncomfortable to hold my phone in my hands. I have now ordered two for my new iPhone 12 pro max and both have very sharp edges. I was very upset because those were always my favorite things. They just aren't the same anymore. I had this case for iPhone 12 mini and 8plus and both cases were perfect. Very disappointed with the ones for 12 per max. Updated 12/21/2020 ESR customer support contacted us immediately to resolve the issue. They support their product and offer a replacement or refund. I appreciate the prompt response and have requested a refund.
