I bought this unit because I needed both an air conditioner and a dehumidifier. I previously bought a Waykar PD160B because I really needed a dehumidifier and it worked great. I definitely use the continuous drain option as it can draw out a lot of moisture. This unit is even better than this as it also cools the air instead of dehumidifying it and has a warm air outlet. Cooling off in summer is way better than just a dehumidifier. Definitely recommend!
