I have had neck pain for at least 4 months which sometimes became so unbearable it became a headache and I had to take painkillers. I think it started with me holding the phone to my ear while I was typing information at work. I started wearing it every night during my sleep and it helped take away the pain. I plan on using it for a few more weeks to keep my neck from twisting while I sleep. It was very valuable and very helpful. The reason it doesn't give 5 stars is because I think it should be a bit longer. Velcro is a few inches, but I can only velcro about half an inch. I wish it were a little looser now and then.
