Just installed. Easy installation. Seems to be working fine. You'll need a flashlight or a well-lit area after dark to see the combination numbers. The feel of the station wagon wheels is not "crisp". I agree with other reviewers that the screws are weak. They have a Philips head and are easy to remove when installation requires a lot of torque. If you choose the right pilot drill size, they should go through fine. I had to experiment a bit and ended up using only 2 of the 4 set screws. Although that should be enough. He's clearly not indestructible. Someone could (I think) rip it off with a crowbar or quite simply smash it with a hammer. If someone wants to break into my house so badly, I would still use the key rather than break the window or door.
