My physical therapist taught me the Mackenzie Method and I'm a big fan of it. I do stretching exercises every day. I recommend the book "Treat Your Back" 1&keywords=fix+my+my+back). For minor posture changes, especially when sitting at work or in the car for long journeys, I use the SuperRoll (ie=UTF8&qid=1425422962&sr=8-2&keywords=superroll). I bought these because they are similar. However, it flattened out and didn't provide good support for in-car work, and it wasn't as efficient or durable as the SuperRoll. The only reason I didn't return it was because it had expired. Buy a SuperRoll instead.
