Wow! What a bowl!

Holy cow dude! This is amazing stuff! I haven't cooked hard-boiled eggs in a long time because I absolutely can't peel them, and egg shells give me goosebumps. If I get egg shells, I can't eat anymore. I finished. I decided to try hard boiled eggs again as a snack and bought this little gadget to help. I immediately boiled 18 large eggs as they told me and boiled them in an ice bath 5 minutes after the end of cooking. After 5 minutes, I put the top part filled with ice water, an egg into the device, closed the lid and shook it. At first I didn't get what I was looking for and I was too gentle. You should only shake "vigorously" for a few seconds. Once you see the eggshell has opened somewhere on the egg, it's done. Water seeped through the shell and got between the boiled egg and the shell. You take off the lid, pour it into your hand and peel off the broken shell like butter. It is really that easy. Even beaten eggs (3/18) worked great in the car. In fact, they worked faster because the shell and membrane were already pierced. I ruined an egg by shaking too hard and for too long but it's 1/18 and everything else was perfect except for a small part of the other which was my fault. The photo shows two broken eggs: one in the middle with a strange crack from a leaked egg and the other at the bottom with a big hole from a leaked egg) I would very much like to buy it again! Never crack an egg and lose part of the shell inside, I never tire of these beauties!

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
