Review on 🧂 Cuisinart SG-3: Rechargeable Stainless Steel Salt, Pepper, and Spice Mill - One Size, Kitchen Essential by Randy Bin

I ordered this despite the bad reviews because I had one of this model, I used it for years before it broke and I loved it. The block I received doesn't work at all. It never worked. I should have just sent it back to Amazon but when I opened it up and set it up to use the return window was closed. I called the company to try and fix this issue and they said they could send me a new unit but I would have to pay shipping for the new unit to get it and shipping to get it return the old device. Paying even more money for a failed device that never worked? I am not happy. Do not buy this product. I thought the reviews about getting a unit that didn't work must have been an accident, but now I'd say it's more of a standard. If cuisinart would just admit and replace their crappy product I wouldn't be so upset, at least I would have a working grinder at the advertised price. Cuisinarts Customer Service - BS. I will not buy another product from cuisinart. EVER.*UPDATE**** I received a replacement unit, it worked for about 2 weeks (used probably 5 times) and then stopped. I'm done. I won't pay another $20 for another device that doesn't work. That's about $100 I've invested in a windmill that either doesn't work at all or works about 5 times. Sayonara Quizinart
