I've been looking for various wide angle camera options for a long time and settled on this one. What won me over was a video review of a girl using the camera herself. It looked nice and clear. BIG MISTAKE. My pictures and videos speak for themselves. First picture from an old cheap Logitech webcam. The second and third images were taken a few minutes after my colleague swapped cameras and adjusted the manual focus. The wide angle is great but the picture quality is terrible. Almost every object in space is covered in pixelated static electricity. Pictures of people's faces are no different. Just look at the "sharpness" of the door, the edges of the whiteboard, etc. I took a screen capture because the image doesn't show how bad things are. I am happy to revise my review if I have received a defective device or if I can change the settings to make it better. In the meantime, look elsewhere for a camera.
