Excellent card reader. Read a heck of a lot of any user experience with this reader, especially 1-star reviews first. I checked each pin for loose contacts with a flashlight and Teflon-tipped tweezers. Nothing found. A few days later I noticed a broken USB cable and called Delkin across the street from where I live. They in Poway, California. I spoke to a very helpful guy who said he would send a new cable ASAP no receipt no ID just my address and I gave him my email address and told him to give me all Send promotional materials that popped up. Complete customer service and great customer experience. The reader works great and the new cable is perfect.
