Yes! But with an asterisk

Advantages -COLOR: Do you want a deep black? That's it. Excellent pigment, bright and strong. DURABILITY: This eyeliner stays in place. Once completely dry, it can be used throughout the day. I have watery eyes and it didn't affect that. I even tried erasing it and it didn't smudge. QUALITY: It is a thick liquid. You really only need the product that's on the brush; You don't have to constantly dip, which saves product over time. Cons - DRYING: I mentioned that it's a thick liquid and that's no exaggeration. This is probably the thickest eyeliner I've ever used and I love cat eyes. Give it enough time to dry. Use a hand fan to speed up the process. BRUSH: The brush is neither soft nor smooth. These are semi-rigid synthetic fibers, while other eyeliner brushes can be brushed across the lid during application, this one requires you (or at least I did) to use small strokes/stamps to achieve the desired result. REMOVAL: Invest in good eye make-up. - Targeted removal as this liner does not move. Don't be too rough with your eyes as the skin there is already sensitive and you don't want to lose your eyelashes in the process. Instead, take a good quality eye makeup remover and let it soak into your eyeliner for a few seconds before trying to remove it. Overall Impression - I liked this product, but it's not an eyeliner that I use every day (and again, the eye is my everyday look). The color is amazing, love that it stays on even my teary eyes but I also know how long it takes me to COMPLETELY remove the product and I don't want to deal with it all the time. This is an occasional use insert.
