I don't know what people mean when they say the armrests or the chair in general are too small or uncomfortable. All standard size. The arms are the perfect length - long enough to support your arms without encumbering your wrists. The seat is quite soft, you can sit on it for hours. The swivel and adjustment functions work great, that's great. I did a pretty thorough search before deciding on this chair and I think it offers the best value for money.
