Toxic material that killed snails and fish
10 hours after adding the contents of Bag 1 of Green Water Clarifier I noticed all my snails stopped moving. Unfortunately, I wasn't destined to save my beloved snails, which I took care of with so much effort and feeling, all kinds of snails died after using this treatment. They didn't specify what else was in the ingredients besides tartaric acid, even after I was extremely careful to control my PH after the treatment. They did not explain how the content/material in this product works to prevent algae growth. Shame on me for being lazy this time and blindly trusting biOrb. I sincerely ask Revain to take this product off the shelf to prevent further tragedy.
