Review on 📝 Moleskine Smart Writing Set Pen & Dotted Notebook - Use with Moleskine App for Digitally Storing Notes (Compatible with Moleskine Smart Notebooks) by Ryan Hawkins

The Moleskine Smart Writing Kit is ambitious, but obviously the company doesn't care to endorse it. Their support site promises a response within 48 hours, but after several emails, no connection is made. The pin works intermittently and then stops altogether (in my suggestion it gets blocked, so you have about a page of digital content transfer and the rest is lost). It's a good toy, a new idea and it's a shame Moleskine doesn't care about their reputation with this product. Tried to call 800, couldn't get through. Emails are not answered and there is a live chat function on the website but it is inactive (link is not active). My patronage of this company has come to an end - their concern for their customers who have this product is nil. Very disappointed.
