Easy to use! Clean and not big so won't take up much space on your desk but big enough to hold a lot of wax! I like that it's pretty fast. The wax will melt completely (half of the container) after about 15 minutes. Read the instructions! During use, switch to high first and then to medium. Sometimes it gets a little heavier, but a quick 2-minute warm-up at both high and low will even out the temperature. A while ago I learned how to dewax myself using Sally Hanses' home kit. Ouch! Then I had a full body wax at the salon (face, armpits, all of Brazil) for a year, but it was about $200 a month for that alone. then i bought this along with some good quality waxes and will be doing the waxing at home for me and my girlfriends! Amazing price! I chose the reviews of this purchase, not the price. The price was a big plus. It has a better rating than most super expensive sets and is a lot cheaper.
