Great RGB lighting for the price.

INTRODUCTION Hi everyone and welcome back and today we are going to review the light I have used in the last 3-4 recent videos, it is a full color RGB lightbar and it has many features as well, we will see it too, and then we'll see it in use with another setup, there's a lot to cover so let's jump right in. IN THE BOX So let's start with what's in the box first, this light costs $63 and they also include a Sony NP-F 550 battery type which is the smallest version of them all and they also include an NP-F -Charger. And the main package includes the LCD panel itself, a small pouch, and a small instruction manual in case you need one. On the next page we see a cold shoe mount that goes under the light if you want to attach it directly to the camera. I'm not a fan of having the light on top of the camera and this mount is also plastic and not very good quality so I'd rather use my own quarter inch adapter if I really need to use it on top of my camera . .DESIGN The structure of the light is entirely plastic, on both sides a quarter-inch screw can be installed at the bottom, and in the front we also have a non-removable diffuser cover, and in the back we have a one pair of buttons and one knob to control and change Features Sveta. At the top we also have a small color LCD screen where you can see the different modes, brightness and other things that we will talk about next. SHOW VARIOUS FUNCTIONS Although it is a small control panel, it has many functions. And before we get to that, let's take a moment to look at the front of this LED. So basically it has 5 kinds of different types of LED bulbs, the first one is for the normal use of dual color LEDs, so since this LED can also work at different temperatures from 2500K to 8400K, there are LEDs on the side for each a warm tone and a cooler tone and then they mix to form a specific color. And then it also has 3 other pairs of lights and they are RED, GREEN and BLUE and if you combine them together you can get any color you want. There are a lot of them, so first turn on the panel with this on-off button and then let me delete this button on the right because it's pretty easy. So this button essentially serves to adjust this knob and has two different modes. So when you put her in fine mode, she changes the settings in increments of one percent at a time. So let's say if I change the brightness, it increases by a percent with each click on these circles, and if you put them in coarse mode, it increases at a 5% premium each time, so it could be that little be like a quarter circle wheels from 1 to 100. And again this applies to all types of use in different modes. Now let's talk about modes. There are four different main modes: CCT, HSI, RGB and various scenes. Let's take a look at each one starting with CCT, Correlated Color Temperature. I think it's pretty easy if you've used a dual color LED panel before. So when you are in this mode use this wheel to change the brightness first and then when you click on it you will see that this arrow goes to the color temperature so you can select the color temperature of your choice with this wheel. As I said before it goes from 2500K to 8500K by mixing two types of LEDs and you probably get the idea but the max brightness you get is around 5600K which is good as this is the daylight temperature. Moving on to the next mode, HSI, in which we have three different options, the first is the shadow of your light, which has a value from 8 to 1518. The light also has a scale here on the back so you can get closer to a point of whatever color you want to pick, then we have the lightness and finally the saturation. So lets say if I want a magenta light it's around 255 on the scale let's leave the lightness at __ and now if I start increasing the saturation we end up with a pink/magenta light. It's a bit tricky though, because if you see it turn cyan or a bit bluish when I go below that saturation level, you need to mix hue and saturation to get the color you want. Next we go to another mode, namely RGB. This mode allows you to mix colors between the three colors of the LED lights. So let's say if I go to red the red lights just get brighter. Same with green and then blue. Interestingly in the same mode you can also mix and match different colors if you know the mixes so let's say if I know I can get cyan by mixing green and blue I can do that and get different shades and their mixes . Movement of varying intensity, which is very convenient, useful and somewhat accurate compared to HSI mode. Finally, let's come to the last mode where it is most interesting, these are different modes. It has 10 different modes and you can change them by pressing this button and then you can just increase the brightness. There are multiple modes for lightning effect, one for watching movies or TV, police, ambulance, fire truck and then multiple modes for changing RGB lighting, SOS and finally candle effect. And that's pretty much all about this light. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments section below and hope you find it helpful. I will have a link in the description below if you want to buy it and subscribe to see more video reviews like this and other photography tips. and as always, thanks for watching.
