I am sorry to write a negative review but my experience with this watch and with LG in general has been unsatisfactory. When I first set up the watch, it had trouble connecting to the app on my phone and I had to completely reset the watch twice a week. After that, I liked it for a while - response to notifications was quick, and touch sensitivity was excellent. However, in less than 2 months the watch stopped charging completely. I've tried restarting it, charging it from scratch, etc. The clock just died. I contacted LG to fix the issue and they gave me a label to ship the watch. It took the LG Service Center a whole month to even get my watch. After that, it took them another week to run diagnostics, and eventually they told me that the watch was "not covered by the original manufacturer's limited warranty" and that I would have to pay $19.95 for diagnostics if I wanted to. return the watch. (Because who wouldn't want a broken clock back? Hmm.) In an online chat with a service rep, I was told that the clock was damaged by liquid on the motherboard. NO WAY I WET IT. And if the sweat does damage, then what the heck are they doing putting gym gear in?! the features I wanted. Unfortunately, the issues I've encountered so far have tainted my opinion of LG. Many would say that I should buy another device and give them another try, but I don't feel comfortable throwing away another $200 if I lose money completely on the first try.
