Rocker Switch Not Working Properly

Everything works about these surge protectors, but I don't like the sloppiness of the on/off rocker switch: they don't feel good when you're using them, and when you're using them look at it, you can't tell which way to push the toggle switch since it's somewhere between off and on. The shift paddle should be haptically and visually completely in one direction and not somewhere in the middle.
