The toaster body is VERY hot.
Probably works like any other cheap Chinese toaster. Looks nice BUT the metal case gets very hot during operation. Maybe all new metal toasters do that, but my last two toasters had plastic cases, so I didn't realize how much better and safer a plastic case is.
