This overview will be updated over time. 9/14/21: Exactly what I was hoping for. Works well for my needs, all zips work well, I like lots of space and pockets. The strap works like a strap of this type should and it's not difficult to wear. Very happy! 09/06/2021: Just received today. It's meant to be my Covid-19 bag for my essential supplies until the pandemic is over. I did an extensive search of all prices, brands and types of bags. None of them met all my requirements except this one. This seems like a good bag and perfect for my needs. I have some great wallets but I don't want to put them through the rigors of the pandemic so I'm looking. I should have started looking a long time ago. When everything is back to normal I will happily use them again. First, I needed a strap that wasn't ugly (one was) and hurt my shoulder, but also didn't slip, twist, or bunch easily (one did). I was also looking for the length of the baby bear after trying one that failed in that area. This bag checked those two boxes with ease. This is the typical heavy duty strap you see on every canvas bag. The hardware is also solid and good looking, if not heavy. Full length it doesn't fall any lower than it should and for those who need a shorter shoulder strap this bag is also perfect. It has enough weight not to twist and the hardware should hold it in place. For those who care, the hardware is brass-colored, along with the zipper heads and pull bars, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a silver finish. I was actually looking for silver but didn't care about this bag as it goes well with the canvas. I look forward to testing it out this week. I was also looking for lots of zippered pockets. There are four of them just outside, three very spacious and one smaller. Inside is a large zip pocket, plenty of extra storage, and two large open pockets for things like phones (haven't checked my Note 10+ yet), wallets, and the like. The lining is better than the lining on others I've bought. If the lining or anything else doesn't hold up I'll let you know and adjust the stars if necessary. I rarely leave my house due to health reasons due to Covid-19, but when I go out I need everything right here so I can protect myself in any situation. The two side pockets hold a bottle of water, despite what one reviewer wrote. I tested both at 16 oz. A bottle of Perrier that is wider in the middle than the 16oz batch. Bottled water and there were no problems installing it. As far as I can tell it doesn't take anything bigger and certainly not a liter bottle. Another reviewer mentioned that this is not a canvas. It's definitely canvas, good quality but not heavy, and the strap is also good quality, which is what you usually see on a canvas bag. sewn wrong. Keep an eye on it if you don't want to delete it. This bag meets all my needs for a Covid-19 supply bag and will come in handy later on too. I'm so impressed that while I was rating and writing a review I bought another one in grey. This is simply a very well made bag for the money. And that's something that's very hard to find these days.
