Beetle Defense from Supcase fitted my iPad very well and provided really great protection for the first two years. The warranty is one year and in November I have a case for three years. The case consists of a flexible polymer shell into which the user inserts a rigid plastic frame with a transparent screen protector. The case doesn't even look worn. The transparent protective film served its purpose perfectly. Despite being a hard transparent plastic, it works very well with the touchscreen. The only problem I have is the hard plastic frame. Over time, it became brittle and cracks formed at two of its corners. It might not be that bad after almost three years, but it might not have happened with slightly different plastic choices. If the frame and screen protector are available as spares I will replace them. Otherwise I will try another case. In terms of usability, I've never had an issue with this case. He did everything he had to do. I haven't put it through anything remotely extreme, but it's worked really well for me. I would have no problem buying another one or recommending it to another person if I told them about the fragility.
